Pearlpalooza
Presented by WEQX, Pearlpalooza is FREE and open to all ages. Music goes from 1 pm-8 pm on South Pearl Street in downtown Albany.

Hispanic Heritage Celebration
Celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month with this this tribute to Latin culture. Rich in tradition, the Hispanic community comes together in the Empire State Plaza Convention Center for a colorful presentation of live music, dance, food, and family friendly activities. Alex Matos is known as the Dominican who came to put the world in Salsa. A performer of Salsa and pop ballads, he won the Casandra Award of the Dominican Republic in 2014 as “Salsero of the Year.”

Albany’s Riverfront Jazz Festival brings acclaimed musical guests, great food and fireworks … and best of all, it’s FREE!
Since 2001, the Albany Riverfront Jazz Festival has featured the ‘who’s who’ of jazz greats, critically acclaimed up-and-coming artists and local favorites!
Join in the steady beat at Albany’s Jennings Landing (formerly Albany Riverfront Park) at the Corning Preserve. There will be food and beverages available for purchase, and many performances to enjoy all day long .The back beat begins at 1:00 and lasts all day through the evening, ending the jazz fest with fireworks at 8:30 pm. Food and beverages will be available to purchase.

Parking is $5 and available at Riverfront Garage, located at Broadway and Columbia Steet. The garage is handicapped accessible and provides easy entry from the top floor to Jennings Landing via the Hudson River Way pedestrian bridge. No glass containers, animals or recording of performances.
